Shipping policy
Most orders ship on the next business day after you place your order. We are a small team committed to a healthy work schedule, so during times of increased orders (sales, promotions, holidays) orders may take a day or two longer to ship. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. You will receive an email with tracking information the day the order ships with the estimated delivery date.
Web order cancellation policy: Web order cancellations with be allowed for requests that are received the same day the order is placed. The cutoff will be 3pm EST. We will not be able to accommodate cancellation requests that come in after 3pm. Cancellation requests received for orders placed the day(s) prior to the request will not be allowed.
